Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Your request is submitted through the proper channel (see Section 3 below).
Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be honored except in cases of documented billing error or fraud.
What Is Refunded
Upon approval of a valid refund request:
- Full purchase price of the digital program will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Physical items (printed Certificate and Terms document) are non-refundable once shipped, as they are personalized items prepared specifically for you. The digital program portion will still be refunded in full.
How to Request a Refund
You have two options to request a refund within the eligible window:
Option A — Contact Us Directly
Email support@iknowmybible.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name and the email address used at purchase. We will process your refund within 3 – 5 business days.
Option B — Contact ClickBank Directly
If you purchased through ClickBank, you may also submit a refund request directly through ClickBank's customer service portal at clkbank.com. ClickBank's refund policies will apply in that case.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- We will initiate the refund within 3 – 5 business days of approval.
- Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5 – 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide transaction records to your bank. We encourage you to contact us first — we make the refund process straightforward by design.
