This policy applies to the physical items included with the Renew Your Vows With Jesus Christ program, including the printed Vow Renewal Certificate and the 12 Terms of Consecration document.

What Ships Physically

The following physical items are included with your Program and will be mailed to you upon completion of the 7-Day Covenant Renewal Program:

  • Physical Vow Renewal Certificate — Printed document bearing your name, dispatched to your physical address.
  • 12 Terms of Consecration Document — Official printed document for ink signature.

All digital program access is delivered immediately upon purchase via email. Physical items ship separately after Program completion.

Shipping Eligibility

At this time, physical shipping is available to addresses within the contiguous United States only.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses are not currently eligible for physical shipping.
  • If you reside outside the eligible shipping area, you still receive full digital access to the Program. Physical items will not be dispatched to ineligible addresses.

Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Physical items are prepared and dispatched on a batch schedule. After you complete the Program:

  • Processing time: 3 – 5 business days to prepare and personalize your documents.
  • Transit time: 7 – 14 business days via USPS Standard Mail after dispatch.
  • Total estimated time: 10 – 19 business days from Program completion to delivery.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via the email on file. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items

Once an item has been handed to the postal carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. However, if your item does not arrive within 21 business days of the estimated dispatch date, please contact us and we will investigate.

In the event of confirmed loss or damage, we will work with you to arrange a replacement at no additional cost, at our discretion.

Tracking

Tracking is included on all shipments. Every physical order is shipped with a USPS tracking number at no additional cost to you.

  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment in real time at usps.com using the tracking number provided.
  • If you do not receive your tracking email within 5 business days of completing the Program, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@iknowmybible.com.
